SOCIETY FOR THE RELIEF OF THE WIDOWS & ORPHANS OF THE CLERGY OF THE P. E. CHURCH IN SOUTH CAROLINA From April 1762 – 1787
The names identified here are those that were not, "Clergy Members," of the society but were admitted as a member. Some of these gentlemen were also known Masons and also "Original Members of the Society of the Cincinnati for the State of South Carolina. The word "Original" is used in the case were these gentlemen were the among the first to join the society. Where possible these gentlemen are identified along with the organization(s) they were a member of. If anyone can provide additional proof of these gentlemen as to the organization they were a member and provide me with this information I will be glad to update the list in a timely maner.
