First Grade 2004

Kailey's meets her teacher on a Friday afternoon and begins her first day in first grade on the following Monday.  Whew, what excitement.  She has an excellent teacher and is looking forward to the school year.  Welcome to her first day of class.

We thought that we had a smaller backpack this year.	Ready for first day of First Grade!	Ready to walk in the school.	...and who do we run into? Grammy, getting ready for her kindergarteners, while Kailey is a first grader this year.
We brough extra supplies for the first day. We're ready.	Kailey and her school mate, staying busy waiting on the rest of the class to arrive.
